About Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh

A visionary leader empowering the next generation of footballers

Vels FC was launched under the vision and leadership of
Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh – Founder & Chancellor of Vels University, Chairman of Vels Group of Institutions and President of Tamil Nadu Olympic Association (TNOA). His objective is to develop young Indian footballers to international playing standards while ensuring strong academic education and life skills, because football excellence and education must grow together.
